It was good to see you last night. Thanks kindly for your feedback on the session--we will keep it in mind for the future. We asked them to do something other than just "sell" the product, so that is why there was less emphasis on the demo and more on the big picture. It's a fine line!

HI Janette, well with the weather i changed my class to Sat at 1:15.......as well have signed up for beginner yoga at Balanced Life in Ajax (salem & bayly) ..not hot yoga but very close to home! i may buy a pass to the oshawa hot yoga, as timing is better there than in Ajax (for hot yoga)
