Medpedia: a case study
Robin Lobb has been helping Medpedia with some strategy and media issues and will be giving a talk on the topic in general and Medpedia as a case study.
Medpedia is an open platform connecting people and information to advance medicine. The Medpedia Project is a long-term, worldwide project to evolve a new model for sharing and advancing knowledge about health, medicine and the body among medical professionals and the general public. This model is founded on providing a free online technology platform that is collaborative, interdisciplinary and transparent.
About our Speaker
Robin Lobb is the President of Executive Communications Inc., and is responsible for developing strategic relationships among international stakeholders in the field of corporate communications. Robin is also a director at Effects-based Analytics Inc. a consulting practice focused on public health, national security issues and health care.
Robin’s professional training includes studying with the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts specializing in white collar crime, analysis, transnational organized crime, as well as satellite imagery and remote sensing at The American University in Washington, DC.
Most recently, Robin presented at an Innovations Ontario conference on the use of smart phones and touch technology in eHealth, in politics and campaigning, and in the war and security sectors.
